Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 to all of US (Except for Hawaii and Alaska). For orders below $100, there is a flat $10 shipping fee. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, except for Canada which is an increase in our typical shipping fees. 

Shipping times may vary based on where you live. Estimated shipping is 5 -10 business days. 

 

Returns

Due to the nature of these products, we can’t offer a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer’s defect with your product within 30 days of receiving your system. After 30 days, we offer exchange or repair under warranty only. 

Refunds are not available for accessories and/or shipping fees. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If there is a manufacturer defect with your product, please contact us at theladies@uveeclean.com . We will send you a shipping label to send back your defective system. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Warranty

Warranty service is covered for 1 year after you register your system (link) https://uveeclean.com/apps/warranty

Warranty for bulb replacement is 5 years. Replacements are easy and seamless. Please email us at theladies@uveeclean.com with warranty issues.
