Shipping & Returns


We offer free shipping on orders $149 or more within the US (except for Hawaii and Alaska). Orders below $149 will incur a $15 shipping fee. 

All orders to Canada will incur a $55 shipping fee. 

We do not ship internationally at this time. 



Due to the intended use of these products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturers defect. All defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your system. After 30 days, any exchanges or repairs will be conducted for those with a warranty. 

Refunds are not available for accessories and/or shipping fees. 

Refunds (if applicable)

If there is a manufacturer defect with your product, please contact us at We will send you a shipping label to return your system to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.



Warranty service for your device is covered for 1 year after you register your system.

Warranty for bulb replacement is 2 years. Replacements are easy and seamless. Please email us at with warranty issues.
