Due to the nature of these products, unfortunately we can’t offer returns. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If there is a manufacturers defect or issue with your system, please contact customer service at: and we will be happy to assist with an exchange or warranty claim with your system. Once your defective unit is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will process your exchange or warranty claim. 

Product colors maybe limited and substituted as needed, you will be informed if a substitution is required.

We will work promptly to resolve any issues you may have with your system, however due to inquiry volume and depending on where you live, the processing time may vary.
