Problems?

Your UVee system arrives in sleep mode after transport, it may take a few tries to get it awake. Before contacting customer service please check the following:

  • Power adapter has a good connection to the back of the system and the wall

  • Open and close lid, ensuring lid has a good connection to the base of the unit- use a little pressure

  • Check a different power outlet

  • Check bulb connectors are secure in the clips
